Anyone who knows me or at least follows me on Instagram you all know that I’m quite the collector of David Yurman jewelry. I owe my collection to my boyfriend Brian who uses DY as his go-to gift for just about any and every occasion which as a lover of all things sparkly I’m totally not complaining, what girl would? While I appreciate rocking a DY stack every day of the week with every outfit, no matter how casual (for my southern girls you know what I’m referring to; Norts, oversized tee & a giant arm party of DY blinding you, a.k.a the sorority girl dress code) I also love collecting pieces from local artists and boutiques.
One day while I was flipping through Instagram I came across one of Lisa Leonard‘s rings and I immediately fell in love and went on the hunt for where I could buy her pieces. Lisa Leonard Designs pieces are handmade and are each unique which I love because it assures me that no one else will have the exact same piece as me.
Each piece we create is a work of art—hand cut, hammered, polished, drilled and assembled with care.
I was beyond in love with the few pieces I received from Lisa and I’m constantly getting compliments each time I wear them. I’m super into stackable rings that I can layer on top of each other so the double heart ring and the clean line ring are perfect! When I saw the double heart ring I immediately thought how cute would this ring be to wear to represent mine and Brian’s relationship it’s ironically called the sweet love ring. Call me corny but I thought it was a cute idea. If you love my rings but wish they weren’t yellow gold you can totally get them in sterling silver or rose gold!
